When we receive your online application, we will begin a pre-screening process.
If you are identified as a good match for a current opening, a member of the recruiting team will initiate steps to learn more about you, your qualifications and your interest in the position.
This process may include pre-screen questionnaires and phone interviews.
If you are selected to move to the next level of consideration based on your qualifications, you will be invited to an onsite interview.
During the onsite interview, you will meet with the hiring manager and other team members.
The most qualified candidates receive an offer from Interstates. Typically, this occurs shortly after the onsite interview.
Candidates receive a written offer that details the position, salary, start date and other related information.
