- After I send in my resume, how long will it take before I am contacted about scheduling an interview?
We appreciate your interest in our company and want you to know we will respond to your application as quickly as we can. In most cases you should hear back from an HR representative within one week of submitting your application and resume.
- How often are the job postings on your website updated?
Online job postings are updated as needed.
- What is the interview process like?
Once we determine a fit with an open position, you will be contacted to meet with a recruiter from our Human Resources Department. After the initial meeting, we will let you know if there is a potential opportunity for you and set up interviews with other hiring managers related to the position.
This may require several visits to our offices, but we will do everything we can to make this a smooth process for you. References will be checked prior to an offer of employment being extended.
- How should I dress for my interview?
We are a business casual work environment, but an interview is your time to shine, so dress accordingly!
- Does Interstates offer relocation assistance?
We do offer some relocation support for qualifying positions.
