  We utilize the most up-to-date scheduling software packages and dedicated expertise to plan our projects. Coordination with the project's construction management team in order to build and regularly update the schedule with the entire project team is key to making schedules the effective tool they can be for a fast-paced project.

  Construction project personnel utilize our scorecard system to know weekly how the projects are performing on several key control points. Purchase orders and man-hours are maintained daily to ensure that current information is always available.

In today's design-build, fast track world, it is critical to always know the status of the project. Coupled with our standard project controls, InterTrak provides a tool to track and collaborate on all electrical components of an industrial project from design through startup.

During construction, all electrical components are tracked to provide updates on which items have been piped, wired, terminated, and checked out.
